Trillium Gathering Brewing Competition

The Brewing competition is open to all brewers, meadmakers and vintners attending the festival.
Categories will be Beer; Dry Mead; Sweet Mead; and Fruit Wine. Organizers will subdivide or combine categories as necessary to achieve an interesting competition.

To Enter:
1) Entries should consist of one bottle of at least 10 oz – entries, if not entirely consumed during judging, will be shared with the community at the concert on Saturday night.
2) Labels may remain affixed to entries (we will cover them up)
3) Competitors entering two entries are highly encouraged to serve as judges for a category in which they have no entry. We may well need additional volunteer judges. Are you a great judge of potables? Have a discriminating nose or palate? Help us choose the best!
5) Entries are to be submitted at the Registration Table by 11:00 am on Saturday
6) Competitors are asked to complete a separate sheet containing the following information (forms will be available at Registration) Beverage Creator's competition username and entry number (Choose a name known only to the competitor) and entry number (same name and number should be on tag affixed to the entry - – for example: Wyrdone's #101 or Pluto's #700)
